literally changed the way I viewed fitness, or rather, brought it back
around to what it was like when I was a child...

Fitness Can and Should Be FUN!

Remember when we were kids, we did not call it "exercise" or "working
out", we called it "play" and "fun". We ran and jumped and romped and
played. Endless playground games like tag, red light green light and
dodgeball. Monkey bars, swings and ladders. Climbing and swinging from
trees. Skateboarding. Puddle jumping on rainy days. We road our bikes
everywhere. We would race our friends just for fun. We got sweaty, we
got dirty, we may have even drawn blood on occasion!

We played hard until Mom called us in for the night where we would
collapse in a heap with a satisfied smile on our faces. I don't now
about you, but it makes me smile even to think about those days.

AND WE WERE IN PERHAPS THE BEST SHAPE OF OUR LIVES!!

Where did those days go and why can't we get them back? I think we can
get them back. In fact, I see it everyday at boot camp: "grown ups"
running and jumping and playing, and yes, in some cases, romping! They
go home with a smile on their faces and a sense of accomplishment, not
unlike that satisfied smile at the end of a good day when we were kids.

If we can get back to playing like that, the rest will fall into place:
the fat loss, the physical and emotional strength... the healthy body.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
